Mr. Casale is the Co-Founder and CEO of RightWay Recruiting (RWR). For over sixteen years, RightWay Recruiting has provided recruitment services to the senior living industry servicing Continuing Care Retirement and Life Plan Communities, Retirement Living and 55+, Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health and Hospice Services, and various vendors that service the industry. On a national scale, RWR Recruiters source and work with the most sought-after industry professionals, matching them up with premier clientele. Mr. Casale and his team regularly create and implement innovative methodologies collaborating with senior living corporate executives to accelerate processes, save money, ensure regulatory compliance, bolster market position, and help clients grow and prosper.

Prior to founding RightWay Recruiting with his wife Jill, Mr. Casale held executive positions with healthcare and related companies, building recruitment and lending platforms and portfolios, managing operations, corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and building highly efficient and productive management teams.
